AECOM's Transportation team continues to expand across Georgia, supported by a strong portfolio of roadway projects and long-term client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to take on increasingly high-impact roadway design projects, contribute to high-profile transportation initiatives, and play a key role in delivering projects that make a lasting impact.

- Lead the development and delivery of roadway design projects.
- Provide technical leadership, quality oversight, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Support project execution through planning, scheduling, and collaboration with project managers and clients.
- Mentor engineering staff and promote technical excellence across project teams.

Requirements

BS in Civil Engineering or related field and 6 years of roadway design experience or demonstrated equivalent experience and/or education.; Georgia PE License or the ability to obtain in 6 months

Nice to have

Experience leading Georgia roadway projects from preliminary designs through final delivery.
