Running Operations Coordinator

As our Network Running Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational performance of Powerdot’s charging network across a Portuguese region, while contributing to Iberian initiatives and projects. You’ll manage the local Ranger / Field Technician team, prioritize interventions, coordinate service providers, and work closely with hardware suppliers and technical teams to keep our chargers available, reliable, and delivering the expected charging experience. Your mission is to maximize charging network performance by reducing downtime, accelerating issue resolution, and enabling Rangers to deliver the right fix at the right site, at the right time.

Responsibilities

Protect revenue and user satisfaction; Maximise Ranger, partner, and network performance; Build Iberian scale and a high-performance culture; Own the operational performance of Powerdot’s charging network across a Portuguese region; Contribute to Iberian initiatives and projects; Manage the local Ranger / Field Technician team; Prioritize interventions; Coordinate service providers; Work closely with hardware suppliers and technical teams; Reduce downtime by prioritising high-impact interventions; Connect poor CSAT to operational issues and investigate root causes; Assign the right Ranger to the right site for first-time fix; Coordinate partners, monitor uptime and resolution metrics; Standardise processes and lead cross-market initiatives across Portugal and Spain; Stay close to the field, support and challenge Rangers; Regularly visit stations and occasionally get hands-on with equipment

Requirements

2–5 years of effective professional experience with a track record of impact, fast learning, and ownership; Ability to plan, prioritise, follow up, and keep multiple issues moving; Takes problems to resolution instead of waiting for someone else; Ability to distinguish real problems from hunches, identify patterns, and use numbers to support decisions; Technically curious and eager to understand how charging infrastructure works; Stays focused under pressure and communicates directly; Leads calmly and clearly, supports and challenges Rangers, removes roadblocks; Native Portuguese and professional English; Based in Lisbon, with regular station visits and travel to the North of Portugal; Collaborates effectively with technical teams, hardware suppliers, service providers, and colleagues across both markets
