S&OP Transformation & Business Analysis Intern

Balenciaga is leading a large-scale Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) transformation program, aiming to redesign planning processes, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and deploy advanced planning and reporting tools across the organization. Within this strategic context, the intern will support the S&OP transformation program and work closely with the Program Manager. The internship offers hands-on exposure to business analysis, planning processes, data-driven decision-making, and transformation project management in a complex, international and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of a transversal S&OP transformation program; Contribute to business and data analyses supporting planning decisions; Assist in structuring processes, reporting and transformation deliverables; Gain a deep understanding of how planning, systems and business decisions are interconnected in a luxury environment; Contribute to the deployment of large-scale transformation initiatives, supporting the rollout of processes, tools and ways of working across teams; Support project management activities related to the transformation program, including planning, coordination, follow-up and delivery tracking

Requirements

Student in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related fields; Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision-making; Comfortable working with Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Anaplan and/or programming skills is a strong advantage; Structured, rigorous and detail-oriented, with strong synthesis skills; Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a complex transformation environment; Good communication skills, both written and oral; Fluent in English (French, Spanish or Italian are a plus)
