Safety / EHS Engineer – Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) & Substation – KSA (L1)

We are hiring experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction and electrical infrastructure industry.

Job Title: Safety / EHS Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia/UAE(On Site)
Industry: Transmission Lines / Substation Projects
Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years
Joining: Within 30 to 60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)

- NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory

- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles

- Experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects

- Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity

- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:; Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnel; Develop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plans; Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations; Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and risk assessments; Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies; Provide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance
