Responsibilities

Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members; Assist with class scheduling and billing; Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships; Make outbound calls including cold calls to potential customers

Requirements

Ability to work with children; Excellent communication and organizational skills; High energy; Strong work ethic; Must pass background examinations prior to training; Available to work evenings and weekends; Ability to make outbound calls including cold calls to potential customers; Experience working with a CRM; Customer service experience; Service-minded and willing to do extra work to ensure members have an exceptional experience
