Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a highly engaging, customer focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record of providing exceptional service, is open to learning and leading by example, responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team, as well as being there to support the team both personally and professionally. The Sales Coordinator will be primarily responsible supporting our Sales Team and ensuring that they have the tools, supplies and resources that they need to deliver service that sets us apart. They are responsible for creating a positive guest interaction that will build the guests anticipation for their upcoming visit. They must also be knowledgeable on providing accurate information to our guests about the resort, and special events going on during their stay. This role is the key to helping our guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience! Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls; Qualify inquiries; Set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager; Send packages and answer general questions; Create monthly recap of leads and updates; Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours; Create sales and catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate; Control office supplies and order supplies when necessary; Update sales system with actuals after completion of events; Send out thank you cards/emails

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Proven track record of providing exceptional service; Open to learning and leading by example; Responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team; Supports the team both personally and professionally; Strong desire to make an impact on other people; Outgoing and engaging personality; Strong computer skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced setting; Knowledgeable about the resort and special events during guests' stay
