Sales Data Analyst

The Sales Data Analyst will support our Tampa sales organization by building AI-assisted workflows, optimizing data processes, and enhancing the efficiency of sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly confident with computers, advanced in Excel, and excited about leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

Build and refine AI-powered tools and automations using ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLM platforms to improve sales team efficiency; Create dashboards, reports, and data models using pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data visualization techniques; Clean, organize, and analyze sales data to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking; Identify inefficiencies and propose AI- or Excel-based solutions to streamline workflows; Partner with sales representatives and managers to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights; Support improvements to CRM data quality, reporting templates, and internal documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field; Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, charts; macros a plus); Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to automate tasks or build workflows; High confidence with computers, digital tools, and learning new systems quickly; Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders; Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to experiment with new technologies

Nice to have

Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar); Basic understanding of sales operations or pipeline management
