Sales director

Sales director - Required to help grow an already successful school sports tours company. You will be developing existing and new school business, using your current relationships as well as helping grow a team under your leadership. School sports tours experience is a must, ideally based Birmingham and below, salary up to £45,000, great comm and the chance to earn equity in the business.

Responsibilities

Developing existing and new school business; Growing a team under your leadership; Selling UK, European and Worldwide school sports trips, including football, Hockey, rugby and ski; Building a strong sales team over time

Requirements

School sports tours experience is a must; Contacts within the school sports industry; Knowledge and ability to bring in new business; Experience in running a team; A strong background in the Schools travel market; An excellent black book of contacts; Ability to grow and develop a successful sales team; Able to work autonomously with guidance from the owners
