Sales & Inventory Coordinator

We’re looking for an Inventory & Sales Coordinator to join our VCM team. This is a hands-on, varied role combining customer service, retail, stock management, purchasing and administration. You’ll play a key part in making sure our clinic has the right products, our clients get great advice, and our retail operation continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Keep stock moving - ordering, forecasting, stocktakes, inventory control and working with suppliers; Look after our clients - in clinic, on farm and over the phone, providing friendly service and knowledgeable product advice; Drive retail success - identify sales opportunities, support promotions, maintain great displays and work alongside our clinical teams; Keep things accurate - creditor invoices, payments, pricing and month-end administration

Requirements

Great customer service and communication skills; Excellent organisation and attention to detail; A proactive, can-do attitude; Commercial awareness and an eye for opportunities; The ability to juggle multiple priorities; A willingness to learn about veterinary products and animal health; A genuine interest in being part of a great team; Mid-level experience
