Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:; Order Management: Process customer orders, monitor order fulfillment, and manage backorders while providing timely updates to customers.; Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, claims, and product availability.; Logistics Coordination: Liaise with warehouses, transportation providers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.; Claims & Returns: Coordinate and monitor customer claims, returns, and reverse logistics processes.; Export Support: Facilitate export documentation and transportation processes for international shipments.; Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports related to supply chain activities.; Process Improvement: Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives within customer and order management processes.; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.; Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service within a multinational environment.; SAP experience is mandatory.; Good understanding of supply chain and export processes.; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.; Fluent English communication skills.; Strong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.; Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
