Comfortable assessing varying stakeholder needs and aligning to higher-level strategy.; Ability to manage multiple projects that vary in complexity and size simultaneously.; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.; Ability to work independently without significant oversight.; Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.; Strong project management skills.; Strong written and verbal communication / presentation skills.; Comfortable working in a worldwide role across various time zones and cultures.; Comfortable working on exploratory projects that may not be well-defined or governed in order to drive innovation in an agile way.; Comfortable escalating issues when needed to resolve issues.

Nice to have

Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Project, and Visio.; Screen sharing tools such as Skype, GoTo Meeting, etc.; Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop).; Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is a huge plus
