We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery; Lead and motivate the salon team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service; Deliver exceptional customer service while providing the full range of hair care services to clients; Consistently exhibit and develop technical competence; Manage inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed; Ensure the salon schedules meet the needs of the business; Implement marketing strategies to promote salon services and attract new clients; Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both clients and staff; Train staff on best practices for customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques; Manage and control expenses

Requirements

Valid and current cosmetology license; Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and staff alike; A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques; Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services; A team player with strong leadership qualities; Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills; Ability to communicate effectively with salon team, peers, supervisors, Wal-Mart staff, vendors, and customers; Ability to read and analyze various salon reports; Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; Ability to work alone in the salon
