Responsibilities

Manage and maintain SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.; Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations.; Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures.; Ensure system security and compliance with best practices.; Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis issues.; Collaborate with other SAP module teams to ensure seamless integration.; Perform incident resolution and problem determination to ensure availability and stability of SAP platforms according to established service level agreements by working individually or in a multidisciplinary team.; Ability to understand complex situations and activities and ability to communicate basic technical information to nontechnical people.; Provide support and maintenance of SAP environments, ERP / S/4 HANA, BW, PO, Solution Manager, and AS Java.

Requirements

More than 4/5 years' experience in SAP BASIS; SAP Certified is a plus.; English required; Experience in performing system installation and configuration, patching, upgrade, and system copies (homogeneous \ heterogeneous); Experience in performing SAP system performance analysis.; Experience in SAP HANA \ Sybase \ Oracle \ MaxDB \ DB2 \ SQL database administration.; Experience in Microsoft / Unix Operating Systems.; Experience on Cloud Technologies: Azure / AWS / Google Cloud. Cloud Certification is a plus.; Experience on BTP Administration / SAP Signavio / GRC, is a plus.; Work individually or in a team on various system support projects related to SAP products.; Work after hours and on the weekends as necessary according to predefined planning.
