Requirements

5+ years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant; Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations and BIB integrations within SAP ecosystems; Strong knowledge of integration scenarios between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors environments; Experience working in international project environments with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ensuring quality delivery aligned with client expectations; Fluency in English (C1); Availability for Hybrid model 1 time a week (based in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra); Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
