SAP BRIM Program Manager

Support the planning, governance, coordination, and reporting of SAP BRIM transformation programs, working with project managers, BRIM leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items; Maintain RAID logs and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations; Coordinate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and follow-ups; Track project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and vendor activities; Coordinate across BRIM workstreams such as CC, CM, CI, SOM, and FI-CA; Support testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare planning; Maintain project documentation and governance standards; Facilitate communication between business, IT, vendors, and system integrators

Requirements

5+ years of PMO/project management experience, preferably in SAP programs; Understanding of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash processes; Strong skills in project tracking, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination; Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet; Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to have

SAP BRIM/S4HANA implementation experience; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification; Experience managing global teams and SI/vendor relationships
