Take over Product Ownership for the production fine planning system PlanEx. Drive business value of own product and (sub-) process depending on overall strategy. Execute global requirements collection, communicate and implement the system PlanEx, incl. the production (fine) planning (Plan to Produce) process on global level. Take care of all Plan to Produce deployment tasks in rollout project, secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards. Align and adapt the (sub-) process changes including requirements from users, norms, standards and other processes. Support definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process. Drive digitalization and automation in planning related processes. Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities. Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes. Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of SAP PP; Several years of experience with S/4, especially in Production Planning area; Relevant university degree (e.g. Business Administration or Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing processes; Several years of experience in consulting or industry; Extensive business experience in planning processes from projects and / or operations; Strategically thinking and a strong mindset to drive improvement and operational excellence; Shares our vision for the digitalized flexible and efficient Supply Chain with AI ready for the future; Ready to work in an international environment, willing to travel regularly; Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm

Nice to have

SAP PP rollout experience; experience in Consumer Goods or Retail
