Requirements

JOB SUMMARY; The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and controlling maintenance schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations in accordance with SABIC maintenance procedures and HSE requirements.; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES; Schedule Development : Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.; Resource Tracking: Track manpower, equipment availability, and material readiness to support scheduled work.; Progress Monitoring: Monitor schedule execution, identify deviations, and update schedules in SAP PM or approved CMMS.; Shutdown Support: Prepare and update execution schedules for shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities.; Coordination: Align with planners, supervisors, and operations to prioritize work orders and allocate resources.; QUALIFICATION; Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.; Software: Hands-on experience with SAP PM, Primavera, or similar scheduling tools
