Scrum Master – Industrial / OT Programs

Facilitate Agile delivery for industrial digitalization programs, bridging the world of OT engineering cycles and modern software delivery practices in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate sprint ceremonies, PI planning, and SAFe Agile Release Train events; Manage cross-functional team coordination between OT engineers, software developers, and data analysts; Maintain velocity metrics, impediment logs, and program increment tracking; Work with Engineering Manager to report program health and risks to senior stakeholders; Drive adoption of Agile best practices in a hybrid OT/IT delivery environment

Requirements

6-10 years; CSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification mandatory; Exposure to industrial, energy, or manufacturing sector programs; Comfortable with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools; ability to work with non-software OT engineers; Strong educational background – >75% throughout academics
