You’ll work hands-on with Google and Facebook platforms, collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

Obtain all required information and access to launch ad campaigns; Coordinate with the customer’s website contact to implement tracking codes; Work with our designer to produce eye-catching banner ads; Troubleshoot campaigns as needed; Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding their online ad campaigns; Work hands-on with Google and Facebook platforms; Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver performance-driven campaigns; Implement high-quality SEM campaigns that generate more leads for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty

Requirements

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.; Customer-focused with a passion for helping others; Basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising; Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, campaign setup, and performance tracking; Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines; Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills, both by phone and email; Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise; Ability to coordinate projects and tasks from start to finish; Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, and internal teams; Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow in digital marketing
