Security Assistant Account Manager

Titan Security is currently hiring an Assistant Account Manager to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana.

Responsibilities

Oversee security gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details; Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation; Fill in for the Site Manager (in their absence) or open Shift Security Captain positions; Trained to cover any position under their supervision; Provide detailed information on vehicle inspections; Document departmental pre-operational vehicle checks; Provide both departmental vehicle inventories and general departmental inventories; Review traffic enforcement, specifically including a summary of written tickets; Provide a summary of patrol activities; Conduct and report on an audit of building inspections; Provide a summary of active security systems and any equipment impairments; Outline a summary of safety concerns; Document a summary of training activities alongside a drill summary; Report a summary of gate paperwork discrepancies; Provide a summary of generated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports; Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred; Minimum of 2 of Supervisor Experience and Industrial Security experience; Ability to obtain a TWIC Card; Ability to stand for extended periods of time; Ability to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; Ability to accommodate foot patrols on the interior and exterior of the assigned facility; Ability to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather

Nice to have

Previous MARSEC, NRC and Industrial facility security experience; CPP certification (ASIS); OSHA-10
