Responsibilities

Maintain polished, professional presence and immaculate uniform; Act as primary point of contact for building occupants and guests; Assist tenants with building-related inquiries; Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out process and issue temporary badges; Enforce building access control policies; Conduct documented security patrols of interior and exterior perimeter; Operate and monitor CCTV, alarm panels, and life safety systems; Respond to alarms and critical incidents; Prepare detailed written reports on security-related incidents; Escalate critical incidents to management and law enforcement; Assist with key and access card control

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate security, hospitality, or a customer service-focused environment; Demonstrated proficiency in using computers, standard security software, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation; Requires a high degree of professional maturity and sound judgment necessary to handle complex tenant interactions and sensitive security matters

Nice to have

Previous security experience within a High-Rise Commercial Office Building environment; Bi-lingual considered a plus
