SEIU Dispatcher

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision receives and schedules requests for messenger service; Dispatches messengers and equipment; Keeps records of services rendered; Directs and guides the flow of work to Transport Assistants; Keeps dispatch board current; Informs Supervisor of related problems with service and equipment; Occasionally performs the duties of Transport Assistants; Performs other related duties as required

Requirements

High School diploma and 6-9 months of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to deal with others effectively and courteously
