SEIU Nutrition Assistant

Responsible to assemble, serve, and collect all patient meals, between meal snacks and floor stock. Maintains sanitation of work areas and follows sanitary food practices at all times.

Responsibilities

Assemble, serve, and collect patient meals; Maintain sanitation of work areas; Assemble and deliver patient trays; Pass nourishments, water, tube feedings, and infant formulas; Assist with patient menu selection; Record patient intake and output; Maintain floor stock and Blue Orders; Supply late trays and substitute selections; Perform assigned cleaning duties

Requirements

High School diploma; Ability to understand, read, write and speak English; Experience in a service environment; Demonstrated ability to work independently
