Senior 3D Architectural Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Engineer to manage, design, and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and experienced in both technical and aesthetic aspects of building design, ensuring functional, safe, and visually appealing structures.

Responsibilities

Prepare architectural designs, plans, and drawings in line with client requirements; Develop 3D models, visualizations, and renderings for project presentations; Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations; Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and clients to execute projects; Supervise project progress and coordinate between design and execution teams; Maintain accurate project documentation and design files; Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design technologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Applied Arts with relevant architectural experience; 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, engineering, or 3D visualization; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or equivalent software; Strong understanding of building design, construction methods, materials, and structural systems; Attention to detail, problem-solving, and project management skills; Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
