Senior Accountant

Our client is a private credit manager focused on providing secured financing to middle-market companies. The firm works with both sponsor-backed and non-sponsored businesses across a range of industries, offering flexible capital solutions.

Responsibilities

Review and reconcile valuation reports and supporting documents; Support deal transaction closing process by coordinating documentation and funding; Assist coordination of quarterly valuations performed by external pricing vendors; Support investor and management reporting and regulatory reports; Support and manage installation of loan operations and portfolio management systems; Provide data for management dashboards and risk monitoring; Identify and resolve data integrity issues across systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 3-5 years of related middle office experience; Ability to build new and existing processes; Ability to interact with investors, auditors, and senior executives
