Senior Accountant

Our client is a diversified global investment manager specializing in private equity, credit, and real estate. With a focus on alternative assets, it seeks to identify unique opportunities across various industries, leveraging deep expertise and strategic insights.

Responsibilities

Prepare books, records, and monthly packages including schedules for the general partner and manager entities of affiliated subsidiaries; Review and analyze management fee and incentive allocation calculations prepared by affiliated subsidiaries; Prepare footnote schedules and review disclosures for quarterly financial statements; Prepare detailed accounting memorandums on transaction related activities including consolidation accounting, revenue recognition, and investment fund/entity analyses; Prepare revenue and balance sheet analytics and provide explanations for significant variances; Review fund documents to understand various fund structures; Coordinate activities of external auditors and other consultants

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 3-6 years of experience in public and/or private accounting; CPA required; Experience within investment management or financial services industries required
