Responsibilities

Drive and support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions, across the China and Thailand regions to enhance process efficiency and operational excellence.; Partner closely with Sales Department to analyze business performance, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making as a trusted business partner.; Prepare the Enterprise Service Model (ESM) to establish and optimize shared service accounting processes and transaction recording activities.; Coordinate with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely collection, verification, and processing of VAT documentation in compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.; Support accounting, controlling, and compliance-related projects, as well as undertaking additional assignments and special initiatives as delegated by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or related fields.; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Copilot, Generative AI, or related digital technologies is an advantage.; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
