Senior AI Product Analyst | Bank

Capco is seeking Senior Consultants to support and drive the growth of its Data and AI practice. The role is a Senior Product Analyst for AI transformation at a leading Corporate & Investment Bank, supporting the design and delivery of an LLM-based productivity tool.

Responsibilities

Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering an in-house LLM productivity tool used by 200,000+ colleagues; Contributing to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning; Develop and refine product features by gathering user insights, analysing MI, conducting research, and tracking changes in user behaviour and needs; Work closely with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements and maintain an organised, prioritised backlog; Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to collect feedback, support adoption, and ensure the product meets market and user expectations

Requirements

At least 5 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting; Some experience supporting product development or product ownership, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle; Basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety principles; Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML technologies; Self-starter with strong initiative, able to operate with limited guidance in a fast-changing environment; Adapting to evolving technical and risk requirements, and collaborating across diverse teams; Strong problem-solving skills
