Senior Associate

Our client is a private investment manager dedicated to the lower middle market offering a range of financing options designed to meet the needs of management teams and investors across a wide variety of industries.

Responsibilities

Oversee accurate cash reconciliations; Review workpapers and financials prepared by the fund administrator; Review expense reports prepared by executive admin to ensure correct expense allocations; Maintain fund returns file for each fund; Work with investment team to track portfolio company output and calculate key metrics; Maintain the master fund sheet driving our portfolio co-performance data; Assist with fund audits and tax returns; Assist with general fund operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 2-3 years of public accounting or fund accounting experience; Strong financial reporting and data analytics skills; Strong Excel skills
