Senior Associate

Our client is an alternative asset manager with global credit and equity strategies, with core strengths in asset-backed finance, litigation finance, and private credit. The Senior Associate will provide full lifecycle deal operations support.

Responsibilities

Review and approve third-party reporting packages for cash settlement; Maintain investment accounting book of records with third-party providers; Build monthly portfolio review decks for post close investment oversight; Monitor bank accounts, perform cash reconciliations; Maintain and monitor deal pipeline; Oversee cash positioning process for new deal fundings; Assist with pre-close operational due diligence and KYC; Assist with analysis and diligence requests on new deal structures, platforms, and warehouse facilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years of related deal operations experience; Experience with operational due diligence; Experience with BI platforms

A background in litigation finance a plus
