Responsibilities

Developing the service plan for the client, together with the Partners and Managers,; identifying problem areas and risks and providing concrete recommendations,; taking responsibility for the input needed for internal and external reporting,; acting as the go-to person for less experienced colleagues in your audit team, assisting them to perform at their best,; continuously developing your skills. At the same time, we will provide you with a coach to support you in this journey.

Requirements

Completed master's degree,; completed or are currently pursuing a certification as a Chartered Accountant (RA), CPA or ACCA,; at least 3 years of experience as an Accountant,; Familiarity with insurance and pension industry regulations and practices; excellent command of both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.
