Senior Business Development Manager - Pensions Transactions

We are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing pensions organisation looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to support the origination and execution of complex pension transactions. This is a commercial, transaction-focused role. This is an excellent opportunity for a pensions professional looking to combine transaction execution, business development and stakeholder management in a highly visible and impactful role.

Responsibilities

Support the origination and execution of complex pension transactions; Lead transaction opportunities from origination through to execution; Build and manage relationships with consultants, trustees and legal advisers; Work closely with actuarial, legal and operational teams; Represent the business in the market through conferences, events and industry engagement; Support the development of a strong pipeline of future opportunities

Requirements

Qualified actuary, lawyer or similar pensions professional; Strong pensions transaction experience gained within an insurer, consultancy or legal environment; Proven ability to develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships; Commercially minded with excellent communication skills; Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
