The Role:
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will manage both public and private sector projects, ensuring compliance with local council standards. Reporting to the Business Regional Manager, you'll work alongside a skilled team of engineers and surveyors while leading project oversight and stakeholder management. This role provides a chance to make a tangible impact in BOP while also contributing to the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage land development and infrastructure projects across the region
Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local council codes and practices
Contribute to the design and management of stormwater systems

What We're Looking For:
Degree in Civil Engineering
8+ years of experience, ideally in land development.
Proficiency in 12D or Civil3D and stormwater management (HEC-HMS/HEC-RAS)
Familiarity with local council standards and excellent technical report writing skills
Strong on-site experience with a focus on land development:
