Senior Consultant

Our client, a well-recognized business advisory and consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the growing team.

Responsibilities

Review of client books and records and reconcile account balances for supporting schedules; Assist in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and checklists; Support clients’ Form 10-K, Forms 10-Q, and quarterly earnings release; Prepare non-public company’s financial statements, footnotes, and necessary support; Assist team on maintaining accounting models in Excel; Responsible for highlighting unusual relationships from basis analysis for financial statements and account balances; Assist in various projects including FP&A, IPO readiness, and M&A

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting; 3-4 years in public accounting; CPA

Nice to have

Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting
