Responsibilities

You work on (digital) transformation projects in the public sector, guiding clients from operational strategy through to practical implementation.; You translate strategic challenges into future-ready operating models, core processes, and ways of working, while leveraging opportunities offered by AI and automation.; You work in multidisciplinary teams to analyze and address complex challenges within national and international public-sector organizations.; You present insights and recommendations clearly and convincingly and facilitate workshops and interviews.; You coach junior colleagues in their development while learning from experienced colleagues with different areas of expertise.; You work, learn, and grow in a challenging environment that values shared success and personal development.

Requirements

A master's degree and 3+ years of relevant (consulting) experience and/or demonstrable experience with operating model design, process optimization, and/or technology-enabled transformation; Experience with project management, independently managing workstreams and delivering work packages, and/or knowledge of agile ways of working; An interest in the public sector organizations; Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, you can translate complex analyses into clear insights and impactful presentations; Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written
