Senior Corporate Associate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join the London office of a highly regarded commercial law firm with an established reputation for advising ambitious businesses, investors and management teams. This is a senior appointment within a collaborative and growing practice, offering the chance to take on a visible role within the team while working closely with respected Partners on high-quality domestic and international transactions.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of complex transactions from initial instruction through to completion; Act as trusted adviser to clients and key point of contact throughout the life of a matter; Lead negotiations, drafting and advising on sophisticated transaction documents; Supervise junior lawyers; Contribute to business development initiatives; Strengthen existing client relationships; Identify new opportunities; Support the wider strategic direction of the team

Requirements

Significant experience advising on mid-market M&A and private equity transactions; Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills; Confidence managing complex matters; Ability to balance commercial considerations with technical excellence; Comfortable building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues; Experience supervising junior lawyers; PQE: 1-3 years, 4-6 years, 7+ years, 10+ years; Experience Level: Mid Senior Level (3-7+ years), Senior Level (5-10+ years)
