Requirements

Substantial track record working within the oil and gas industry as a corporate commercial Lawyer; experience handling fuel administration, chemical administration, power systems administration and pipeline administration; minimum of five years of experience gained from multinational corporations' in-house departments or from a distinguished international law firm

Nice to have

Experience sitting as a corporate secretary on the board of a multinational company; prior experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region
