Responsibilities

Deliver care to the children whilst also supervising your team; Identify areas for improvements relating to learning and teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments; Embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met; Ensure all record keeping requirements are regularly completed; Conduct your team appraisals; Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery

Requirements

A Level 3 or above qualification within early years; Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner); Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS; Excellent communication skills with both children and adults; Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together
