Senior Ecommerce Manager - 1P

Pattern accelerates brands on global ecommerce marketplaces leveraging proprietary technology and AI. The Senior eCommerce Manager - 1P leads all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies. This role focuses primarily on Amazon. This is a full time role that works a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

Responsibilities

Nurture of a portfolio of 4-6 partner brands; Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies; Run daily marketplace operations for Amazon; Serve as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers; Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growth; Lead all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners; Deliver the highest levels of operational execution; Partner with Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory position; Partner with Advertising team to develop brand-specific advertising strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related program; Experience leading Amazon 1P efforts; Outstanding analytical and data management skills; Self-motivated and proactive; High ethical standards
