Senior Employment Consultant

Our APM Workforce Australia Team in Murgon, QLD, is looking for a Senior Employment Consultant to join us. This is an opportunity where you can apply your knowledge and experience to support your Business Manager and fellow Employment Consultants. Your work will help enable better lives as you support your team to assist people with a disability to find long term employment. The role: You'll be empowering and motivating employment consultants to drive the very best outcomes for their clients. Your teams' success is what drives you, so sharing your knowledge through mentoring and coaching will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with your own clients to provide tailored employment services.

Support Business Manager and fellow Employment Consultants; Empower and motivate employment consultants to drive the very best outcomes for their clients; Share knowledge through mentoring and coaching; Support team to hit KPIs; Engage with own clients to provide tailored employment services

Requirements

Experience working in Workforce Australia Employment Services industry; Experience supporting, leading, or managing others; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Ability to identify a person's strengths to create solutions that are 'outside the square'; Resilience; Time management; Ability to coach, motivate and provide guidance; Ability to establish strong relationships; Creative problem solver who can tackle complex issues; Must be eligible to work in Australia; Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle; Willing to complete a Criminal History Check; Able to secure a Working with Children (Blue Card)
