Your work will help enable better lives as you support your team to assist people in finding long term employment.

Responsibilities

Support your Business Manager and fellow Employment Consultants; Empower and motivate Employment Consultants to drive the very best outcomes for their clients; Share knowledge through mentoring and coaching to support your team to hit their KPIs; Lead by example by engaging with your own clients to provide tailored Employment services

Requirements

Ability to coach, motivate and provide guidance; Ability to establish strong relationships; Creative problem solver who can tackle complex issues; Experience working in Workforce Australia Employment Services industry; Experience supporting, leading, or managing others; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Resilience; Time management; Must be eligible to work in Australia; Have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; Be willing to complete a Criminal History Check; Be able to secure a Working with Children (Blue Card)
