Senior Engineer - Site Design

Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for mixed-use, commercial, and residential land development projects, along with industrial, sports, schools, and other site development types. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will provide overall technical support to the team and act as an advisor on complex projects. The Senior Engineer may serve as a project manager and may mentor staff.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead engineer on complex projects and provide high-level technical engineering design; Elevate the level of technical expertise through technical design mentoring and training; Lead the effort for putting together technical resources; May supervise professionals and technical staff; Review contracts with support of administration; Promote efficiencies in producing quality work; Maintain quality control and adequately check plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering; 8 or more years of engineering experience; Strong communication skills; Ability to contribute and work well with a team; Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
