Senior Field Marketing Manager, Northeast

Justworks is seeking a results-driven, experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to manage our critical Northeast region. You'll own the Northeast region's entire field marketing strategy and execution. This means designing campaigns that attract customers, building relationships with our sales team to close deals, and creating community around Justworks in the market. You have budget autonomy, direct influence on regional pipeline, and the freedom to experiment with what works in your territory. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Northeast sales leadership to make sure your programs are driving real results.

Responsibilities

Own Northeast region's entire field marketing strategy and execution; Design campaigns that attract customers; Build relationships with sales team to close deals; Create community around Justworks; Manage regional marketing budget; Design and execute high-impact events; Build demand generation programs; Partner with sales leadership on territory planning and account activation; Track and optimize pipeline, ROI, and conversion rates

Requirements

5+ years in B2B field marketing executing campaigns that built pipeline; You've run events, demand gen programs, and sales-aligned initiatives; You think like an owner; Strong partner to sales; Organized and detail-oriented; Data-driven and uses Salesforce and marketing analytics; Communicates clearly in written, verbal, and presentations
