Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is one of the largest investors in real estate with a global real estate portfolio within office, retail, logistics, hospitality, and alternative assets. The Senior Financial Analyst will support the preparation and maintenance of a wide array of analytical reporting, modelling, and presentations.

Responsibilities

Review investment annual business plans, consolidate the information for fund level business plans, and prepare analyses for senior management and investors; Assist with the oversight of private fund investment valuations on a quarterly basis; Review changes in valuations and returns on a quarterly basis; Present overview of quarterly valuations and performance to IR and other internal groups; Maintain the private fund valuation policy and monitor the development and application of sector-specific valuation policies; Support other teams on quantitative and complex investor requests; Perform quarterly benchmarking of fund performance; Prepare specific analysis and special projects as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; 3-7 years of related experience; Strong analytical skills; Proficient in Excel a must
