Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is a private equity firm with over $85 billion in AUM. They invest in companies globally across all industries and stages of development with a focus on helping them scale.

Responsibilities

Support the quarterly reporting processes of the firm’s operations including budget tracking and quarterly reforecast, financial performance analytics, liquidity management and segment analysis across the firm’s sectors; Track and analyze firm operating metrics and KPIs including run rate costs, operating efficiency, cost ratios, and budget-to-actual variances; Assist with monitoring and projecting investments and commitments into the firm’s funds; Translate carry and balance sheet projections to the firm and partner level; Liaise and collaborate with internal functional teams on quarterly deliverables and ad hoc requests; Build workforce models including headcount, compensation cost, and margin projections

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 3-6 years of FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experience; Understanding of operating metrics and KPIs; Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes

Nice to have

Experience within the private equity space a plus; CPA or CFA a plus
