We’re looking for a Senior HRBP to support our Sales & Marketing organization in Singapore. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to translate business strategy into strong org design, talent, and team effectiveness with a very hands-on, business-first approach. The role reports to the VP of HR for Sales & Marketing and also serves as the regional HR leader for the APJ region, owning employee relations, office engagement, and the day-to-day people experience.

Responsibilities

Support Sales & Marketing organization in Singapore; partner closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to translate business strategy into strong org design, talent, and team effectiveness; serve as regional HR leader for APJ region, owning employee relations, office engagement, and day-to-day people experience; ensure compliance with employment laws; support employee relations with sound judgment; partner with Payroll and Finance for accurate payroll processing

Requirements

7+ years of HR experience; strong experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing leadership; hands-on, pragmatic style with strong judgment and people skills; experienced in managing employee relations and navigating complex workplace situations; solid knowledge of employment law and HR compliance; familiar with HRIS and payroll systems and understands core payroll processes and controls; Bachelor’s degree or higher
