Strong communication skills, driven, and in-depth subject matter knowledge in valuations related to: Business Combinations / Purchase Price Allocation; Goodwill Impairments; Gift and Estate Valuation; 409A/Stock Compensation (ASC 718); Reviewing of 3rd party valuations; Assembling market/guideline/comparable financial and valuation data; Valuation of Equity, Debt, Derivatives etc.; Litigation arising out of Shareholder disputes etc.; Financial Modelling; Understanding of US Tax laws will be preferred; Financial Reporting and Regulatory compliance under IFRS and/or US GAAP

Requirements

CFA, CA, MBA etc.; CFA or MBA (Finance) preferred; Proven hands-on experience; Ability and interest to work on multiple high-value projects simultaneously; Demonstrated proficiency in financial management software or willingness to learn; 2-5 years' experience in business valuation field; Ability to think laterally and analytically; Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills; Sound independent judgement and great ethical values
