Senior Industrial Engineer

Strategic layout planning for machine relocation and factory expansion. Provide full support to the team to achieve organization and department objective.

Responsibilities

Responsible for designing and implementing efficient and effective layouts for manufacturing facilities.; Optimize the flow of materials and products, product storage, minimize waste and ensure that the facility is safe and compliant with all relevant regulations.; Perform onsite assessments together with Facilities and machines owners to validate layout feasibility, verify physical and infrastructure constraints, and ensure that proposed layouts accurately reflect operational condition.; Work with related departments to discuss the practical implementation of the plan.; Summarize timeline and costing for production expansion plan.

Requirements

Education background: Bachelor degree of Engineering or Science; Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.; Technical skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office; Good command of English, both verbal and written.; Experience in semiconduction process flow, layout efficiency and floor space utilization improvement.
