Senior IT Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in co-leading the design and development of data services that support our enterprise analytics platform. You will collaborate across the entire data lifecycle—identifying and defining data requirements, assisting in data model design, and delivering high-value data products to drive enterprise analytics initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience in data analysis or data engineering, or master’s degree with minimum three years of relevant experience; Strong expertise in capturing business requirements and translating them into data solutions; Ability to define use cases and distill complex concepts; Excellence in creating user stories and assessing impact of changes to datasets and data models; Solid understanding of agile methodologies and ability to break down complex initiatives into manageable tasks; Advanced SQL skills for analyzing and wrangling datasets; Ability to communicate sophisticated concepts to technical and non-technical audiences; Passion for continuous learning; Strong data analysis and profiling skills with ability to develop validation scenarios; Experience with integrated enterprise data in cross-functional teams; Ability to evaluate alternative solutions and recommend optimal approaches; Applying best practices in data management and data governance; Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

Experience with Jira or Jira Align; Experience with Snowflake, Copilot, PowerBI, Alation, Collibra, Power Designer and Modeling
