Senior Manager – Electrical

The Senior Manager - Electrical will provide leadership for electrical engineering design and execution across major Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical facility projects. The role will ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant electrical infrastructure supporting mission-critical manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering design and implementation activities; Manage power distribution systems including HV/LV networks, substations, UPS, generators, transformers, and switchgear; Coordinate electrical interfaces with process, mechanical, instrumentation, and automation teams; Review electrical engineering designs, calculations, and specifications; Support procurement and vendor selection activities; Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, industry standards, and project requirements; Provide technical leadership during construction, testing, and commissioning phases; Manage project risks, technical issues, and design changes

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; 15-18 years of experience in electrical engineering; Proven experience on large-scale Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Data Center, or Manufacturing projects; Strong understanding of mission-critical facility infrastructure
